A. While you don't have to offer any kind of a discount or free product, our website does promote itself as the place for San Gabriel residents to go to and find great deals locally. A "Deal" can be as simple as offering free consultation, estimates, or a special of some type that your normally offer anyway. Q. How often can I change/update my listing?

A. You can change your company address, website, email, and phone numbers as often as needed. However, each time you make a change to your comments section, header, Reveal the Deal section, and/or picture, there is a $20 fee for processing those changes.

A. Of course not. This is a directory with full contact information where most patrons will call you direct, or if you have a store front, drop by. It does help the patrons understand who you are a little better when you have a website with more information about yourself. But not at all necessary.

Q. What if there are grammatical errors in my listing?

A. We take your information directly from the form you fill out. So please be sure you double check for errors before submitting. If you make a mistake and you would like to fix it, we can change it for you for a $20 fee.

Q. How long does it take to get my ad posted?

A. Advertising on these directories is an immediate medium of exposure for your business.

• Advanced ad listings can be posted as quick as a few hours, but no longer than 24 hours. Also, if you purchase a listing with a picture, your ad will still get posted within 24 hours, even if you have not yet sent us your picture. And, upon you emailing us your picture it will be updated within 24 hours.

• If you have requested for us to design a custom banner ad, please allow up to 7 days to receive your first ad proof. Within this 7 day period, we work with you to get your banner designed. Once you approve the ad, it will get published to the websites within 24 hours. Keep in mind however, even during the designing period, there will be a temporary ad published for you with your business information until that time your Banner is published. So, even during the time it takes to design your Banner ad, you getting maximum advertising exposure.

Q. What is your refund policy?

A.  Like most advertising mediums, due to the nature of this type of business, there is no grace period nor refund. The minute that your order is taken, we immediately begin processing and designing your ad. Within 24 hours you will have your ad posted on our directories. Banner ads must be designed and assign to a website before being posted. Therefore, have no time limit before they are posted. This is due to the creative work that goes into designing them. Please understand we start all processing within the same day an order is received. Because of this, there are already staff and processing costs that are incurred. Therefore, there are no refunds.
